Family Literacy

Family Literacy supports and encourages parents and children as they develop the skills to be successful in life through adult education, early childhood education, parent and child together activities, and parenting classes.

WHAT IS FAMILY LITERACY?

  • Family Literacy combines early childhood education and adult basic education. 

  • The program will assist parents in learning to become self-sufficient while learning how to help their children succeed. 

  • Above all, Family Literacy is an educational program which supports and encourages parents and children as they develop the skills to be successful in life.
